I am a design practitioner with 10 years experience in a variety of roles, from documentation focused to project management.
As an studio member at Gregory Burgess Architects in Melbourne, and as a freelancer delivering design consultancy and concept plans to regional councils in my hometown of Spain, I have collaborated on a diverse range of landscape, urban design and architectural projects, and developed an understanding of and passion for implementing best practice design principles within public realm and open space contexts.
In 2013, I shifted to the university context, working at the Melbourne School of Design at the University of Melbourne as part of a team coordinating the development and internal stakeholder consultation for a new multidisciplinary subject straddling planning, urban design, architecture and landscape architecture.
More recently in 2016 I joined the Inner West Council in Sydney to deliver urban renewal master plans. The work involves strong design and communication aspects, a strong project management side and requires constant liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
